At Gomava, we stand behind the quality of every foldable, portable, and space-saving product we make. Each item is carefully checked before shipping, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

When You’ll Get a Full Refund

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Items lost during delivery
  • Wrong item received
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

When You’ll Get a Partial Refund

  • Wrong item purchased by mistake
  • Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that don’t meet your expectations but are unused, unopened, and in resellable condition

No Refund

Refunds are not available in these cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Undeliverable address
  • Recipient unavailable at delivery
  • Self-pickup requested but not collected on time

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at service@gomava.com or through the Contact Us page.
  • Provide your order number and, if applicable, photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll review it within 2 business days.
  • You’ll receive your refund or replacement within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
